A fitness entrepreneur has sold his epic Gold Coast mansion for a record $12m after owning it for just six months.
Adam Sullivan, of Evidence Based Training, paid $11m in September, 2024 for the Burleigh Heads property called “Dune”.
The re-sale price smashed the previous $11m record, also set by Dune, for a house in Burleigh Heads.
“Dune is sold,” he posted to Instagram on Wednesday.
Rob and Meghan Gray sold their Burleigh Heads mansion ‘Dune’ for $11m to Mr Sullivan who re-sold it for $12m six months later. Image supplied.

Earlier in the week he posted a video detailing the costs of owning and selling Dune including stamp duty, agent fees and interest he had paid on his mortgage.
“I’m basically walking away even; even though I sold it for a million extra,” he said.
“Not everything is what it appears.
“I was happy to get out at a break even. I felt like having this much money caught up in a house in my current position just isn’t it for me.”
Mr Sullivan, whose online training and nutrition program has 690,000 followers on Instagram alone, has shared clips online using the luxury property as a backdrop.
Over the weekend he shared a celebration video after he secured a Mermaid Waters property at auction for $3.1m.
Adam Sullivan is hugely popular on social media for his no-nonsense approach to training.
Real estate agent Ed Cherry of Coastal handled the latest $12m Dune deal off-market but would not comment on the buyer’s identity.
“It has sold unconditionally but I’ve got to respect the buyer’s privacy regarding the sale,” Mr Cherry said.
“I had been showing these buyers beach houses on the Coast and they knew of Dune and had wished they had the opportunity to buy it themselves.
“When I presented them the opportunity they jumped at it.”
Mr Sullivan bought Dune from Rob Gray of celebrity developer, Graya, whose team designed the five-bedroom, Moroccan-inspired home featuring a rooftop pool.
Mr Gray also remained tight-lipped on who the latest buyer was.

“I was really excited when I found out who bought it and what they have planned for it,” Mr Gray said.
“When everyone knows what the purpose of the home is going to be and who the new buyer is, they will understand why I’m so excited.”
Rob and his wife Meghan bought the 531sq m block on Burleigh Hill for $2.78m in June 2022, when they decided to expand Graya’s apartment development business into the Gold Coast.
