Australia’s most popular holiday homes have been revealed, providing some inspiration for those seeking a cheap getaway with family and friends.
Booking site Stayz unveiled the most saved holiday homes for the upcoming holiday season, with homes tending to be lower cost stays suited to group bookings.
Stayz travel expert Sarah King said despite cost of living pressures, Aussies still have a strong appetite for travel.

“There’s a real emphasis on value-for-money,” she said. “Booking a holiday home with a group is a great way to keep the costs down per person instead of needing to book individual rooms.
This summer, Aussies are prioritising beach, pools and holiday homes that can sleep between eight to 12 guests wanting guests to pay no more than $100 per person per night, according to Stayz.
“Buying groceries and cooking together as a group is not only cost-effective, but also a great opportunity to connect with family and friends over a home-cooked meal,” Ms King said.
Big tables for outdoor dining, minutes from beaches and nature, these Stayz are the most sought after across the country.
