He said The River Cove Mansion, which was also Queensland’s most viewed home, had “an unparalleled north-facing waterfront” which was linked to his favourite feature in the property.

“It’s difficult to single out one feature, but the Lake Como-inspired gardens and the infinity-edge swimming pool stand out,” Mr Beynon said

“The property’s most remarkable quality lies in its level of extravagance and grandeur, all while maintaining the warmth and ambience of a family home. And don’t forget the Gold-class cinema.”

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty agent Mark Hadir has River Cove Mansion listed for best offers on or before January 31.

Every detail was well thought out for a luxury lifestyle.

The home is multi-level, functional yet luxurious.

“The feedback I’ve received from prospective buyers has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have noted the home’s grandeur and mentioned that they’ve never seen anything quite like it,” Mr Hadir said.

“The two most frequent buyer comments focus on the Lake Como-influenced formal gardens and the infinity swimming pool, which is likely one of the most luxurious pools in Australia.”

He said the north-facing waterfront was definitely a major drawcard.

“Its size, location, exclusivity, expensive finishes, and meticulous attention to detail elevate this home to the extraordinary. To say it’s one of a kind is an understatement.”
