Of the top 10 suburbs searched from prospective buyers in China, all of them are in Melbourne.

Their most popular suburbs are Balwyn, Camberwell, Glen Waverley and Canterbury, all of which have large Chinese populations.

Searchers from Hong Kong are equally enamoured by Melbourne, looking mostly at Doncaster, Glen Waverley and Balwyn.
