The Los Angeles home that Matthew Perry purchased a few months before his death has found a buyer.
The New York Post reports the final sale price and identity of the new owner are not yet known.
According to Mansion Global, the “Friends” star, who passed away in October 2023 at the age of 54, bought this residence in June 2023 for about $US5 million ($A8 million).
He used a limited liability company named for Alvy Singer, otherwise known as Woody Allen’s character in the movie “Annie Hall.”
Several months later, Perry died from the acute effects of ketamine at his other Los Angeles home in Pacific Palisades.

Matthew Perry sold $55m in property, was ‘very lonely’ before death
Located in the Hollywood Hills, the property that’s now under offer was listed last May for $US5.19 million ($A8.3 million).
After four months on the market, the dwelling was discounted to $US4.7 million ($A7.5 million).
Described in its listing as a “sleek mid-century treasure,” the house was built in 1957 and has gone through renovations over the years.
The single-story spread has three bedrooms (one has been converted into a screening room), 3.5 bathrooms, and a stunning outdoor space with a swimming pool and a fire pit.
The home is understood to have been the last property Perry purchased before his death, however, he had amassed an impressive real estate portfolio.

The Pacific Palisades house in which Perry died was sold last year for $US8.55 million ($A12.8 million) in an off-market deal. He snapped up that property for $US6 million in 2020.
The four-bedroom residence was purchased by Anita Verma-Lallian, a real estate developer and movie producer, according to the New York Times. She bought the home through a trust.
During his ownership, Perry is thought to have made several updates to the home, including the addition of a raised pool overlooking the ocean, Realtor reports.
The same month Perry closed on the property, he listed his Malibu beach house for a staggering $US14.95 million. He eventually sold the home for $US13.1 million in January 2021.
Later in 2021, he sold his “mansion in the sky” penthouse in Los Angeles for $US21.6 million, a hefty discount from its initial $US35 million price tag — but still more than the $US20 million he paid for it in 2017.
It was also reported one month after Perry’s death that the actor had been renting a Beverly Hills home for $US49,000 a month while his Pacific Palisades home underwent renovations.
According to DailyMail, he was sharing the three-bedroom home with his longtime assistant, Kenny Iwamasa, who is one of the five people charged in connection with Perry’s death.
Last August, Mr Iwamasa pleaded guilty last to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and now faces up to 15 years in prison.

Perry’s death sent shockwaves through Hollywood and prompted a public outpouring of grief, particularly from his “Friends” co-stars, with whom he had reunited on-screen just two years prior in what would prove to be his final TV appearance.
The actor shot to fame while playing the role of Chandler Bing in the hit sitcom, which ran for 10 years, from 1994 to 2004. The series also starred Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc.
