While often sans electricity or water – as well as bedrooms and bathrooms – these charming structures present a rare buying opportunity to own your own patch of the Victorian coastline.
Popular spots to take shelter during a day at the beach, store fishing and boating gear, or simply relax and take in water views, beach boxes are a coveted buy, with many held within the same family for decades.
