Beleaguered OnlyFans creator Paris Ow-Yang has been dealt another setback weeks after landing in court on unrelated assault and intimidation charges.
The family of the millionaire content creator looks poised to go into the new year among a list of high profile property owners who failed to secure buyers for their luxury abodes over 2024.
An up-market Bowral estate owned by the teen star’s neurosurgeon father Michael Ow-Yang was relisted for sale earlier this year but looks likely to finish the year without changing hands.
The family had previously attempted to sell the Southern Highlands home in 2023 and 2022, property records showed.

No price guide was publicly released but local sources indicated the 5.72 hectare property known as Chateau Blondel was on the market with expectations of roughly $12 million.
The house 120km southwest of Sydney includes 1000sqm of floor space. There are four bedrooms, a library, sitting/piano room and a cellar.
It also has “dozens of imported chandeliers”, according to the listing, which describes the home as an “escape to the French countryside”.
The property last changed hands in 2014 for $3.5 million.

It’s among a handful of up-market properties that did not sell this year despite lengthy campaigns to attract buyers.
The attempted sale comes as the teen star faced assault charges in December after an incident in Sydney’s Double Bay.
The 19-year-old was found wandering the suburb after consuming cocktails and champagne, but she told Waverley local court that she blacked out and had no memory of the November incident.
Lawyer Michael Bowe argued that Ms Ow-Yang had suffered mental health issues, including problems with anxiety and depression stemming from the breakdown of her parents’ marriage.
The lawyer’s requests to have the charges dealt with under mental health laws were denied. Ms Ow-Yang pleaded guilty.
The magistrate sentenced her to a conditional release order without convictions. She was ordered to undergo treatment and not touch alcohol for 15 months.
Ms Ow-Yang had earlier faced court over damage caused when her Mercedes hit a parked van in 2023. She was reported to be driving four times the legal alcohol limit at the time.
On that occasion, magistrate Rodney Brender convicted Ow-Yang, fined her $1,000 and imposed a two-year community corrections order.
Ms Ow-Yang, who shares racy images online, was named among the top earning 0.02 per cent of all creators in the world, with 1.6 million followers on Instagram and TikTok.
She joined OnlyFans at 18 and revealed to media about the property “empire” she has built from her earnings despite her young age.
“For me, it’s been an incredible journey which has allowed me financial freedom and control over my career,” the entrepreneur told Sydney Confidential.
“I’ve been able to create an empire for myself, on my own terms, and I’m extremely proud investing in numerous properties around the eastern suburbs.”
ABN Lookup and other reputable data reveals Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd has acquired five homes in some of Sydney’s most lucrative locations – with the OnlyFans star’s father, neurospine specialist Dr Michael Ow-Yang, listed as the main shareholder.
Such investment vehicles are a common way for wealthy Australians to buy properties.
It is not clear from property ownership records if Ms Ow-Yang has any properties listed under her own name.
Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd acquired one property in 2023 and four more this year.
Properties listed under the ownership of Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd include homes in Sydney suburbs Bondi Beach and Randwick.
