Starring actors Lisa McCune, John Wood and William McInnes, Blue Heelers won 25 Logies.
Jellis Craig’s Anthony Christakakis said more than 50 groups had inspected the five-bedroom residence that starred alongside the actors, and still showcases pressed metal ceilings, a return veranda and open fireplaces.
“The size of the land at 760sq m, the fact it’s single level and a brick home, when most houses in Williamstown from the era are weatherboard, has interested buyers and provided a point of difference,” Mr Christakakis said.
Ray White Williamstown director Dean Stanley has the $850,000-$900,000 listing for Reynolds, who has downsized at the age of 91.

Meanwhile in Melbourne’s north east, 12 bidders are expected to go head-to-head for a townhouse at 38 Lucca Walk, Mernda, that’s priced at $485,000-$530,000.
Ray White Wollert’s Hayden Assaad said that having three to four bidders per auction was the norm for his area, meaning that more than 10 potential purchasers was a big deal.
Mr Assaad said the three-bedroom home’s affordable price point and proximity to Plenty Rd’s shops and eateries, with Bunnings not too far away, had appealed to first-home buyers and investors.
While it’s mostly Melbourne-based investors in the mix, he has noted Sydney investors looking at properties in the region too.
“It’s probably just that the affordability of Melbourne’s median house price is a bit cheaper than Sydney’s,” Mr Assaad said.
38 Lucca Walk, Mernda, features a main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a powder room and a courtyard.

17 Yarravale Rd, Kew, is scheduled to head under the hammer on Saturday – but might sell beforehand.
And a five-bedroom house at 17 Yarravale Rd, Kew, that’s scheduled for auction tomorrow with a $2.6m-$2.8m asking range might end up selling beforehand.
Kay & Burton Boroondara director Sophie Su said families with children attending nearby private schools had looked at the home, drawn by its proximity to the Yarra River and the wisteria-filled garden set on an 843sq m block.
Ms Su said there was a possibility the home could sell prior to auction due the significant number of interested buyers.
“The price is very attractive, you can’t find many properties over 800sq m under $3m in the area,” she said.
