The property has undergone an extensive renovation by Hirsch and Faigen, a Melbourne-based development company founded by Hirsch.

The home features a basement level, media room, private lift, a rooftop deck, a sauna and steam room, pool, and a large garage.

The property is now move-in ready and on the market at offers over $3.6m.

Ben Hirsch, speaking on behalf of his family, said the property was surplus to the family’s needs.

“The area’s strong fundamentals — proximity to beaches, dining, and lifestyle precincts — make it an attractive option for those seeking a premium residence with long-term capital growth

potential,” said Mr Hirsch.

“We focus on projects where we see lasting value, and this property is a strong example of that approach.

“It’s a high-quality, private residence that will resonate with buyers looking for a premium lifestyle and a secure long-term investment.

Alex Jokovich of Fifth Avenue Property is marketing the property.

“Main Beach continues to be one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held suburbs, with limited new supply and increasing demand from both local and interstate buyers,” said Mr Jokovich.

“Given the scarcity of luxury, move-in-ready homes in Main Beach, strong interest is expected from both local and interstate buyers.”
