Australia’s top radio stars are making big property moves with their impressive incomes from the nation’s most popular networks such as Nova, KIIS, Hit and 2GB.
When not behind the mic, they’re going home to some of the nation’s most sought-after spots, while others who retired this year are kicking up their feet in luxurious locations.
From Rose Bay mansions to studio apartments bought in the 90s when they were just starting out, these are the homes where the nation’s most-familiar voices have bought and sold.

Kyle Sandilands
One of the big-time KIIS FM star’s latest property purchases with his wife Tegan Kynaston was their home in Sydney’s Vaucluse that they bought for $14m.
The pair snapped up the pad in November 2023, which sits on a more than 1000sq m block and offers views of the harbour, Harbour Bridge and the city.
Another property the radio mogul owns is in Sydney’s Hills, which he purchased in March 2022 for $3m.
The Glenorie acreage has eight bedrooms, a pool with a slide and paddock.
He and his wife’s Mowbray getaway — 11km south of Port Douglas in Queensland — is also under offer for $2.5m. They originally bought it in 2020 for $1.3m.

in 2020.
She offloaded the four-bedroom house for $13m in January 2023.

The ex-Hot Nights star also owns a timber cottage in the Byron Bay hinterland region that she secured for $1.45m in November 2021.

The two-bedroom home was formerly known as La Casa Black and was built using recycled materials.

Aussie talkback radio broadcaster Ray Hadley is set to retire from hosting the morning program on Sydney’s 2GB.

He last listed the renovated pad for rent in April 2021 for $2000 a week.
Hughes formerly co-hosted the radio show Hughesy, Ed and Erin on 2DayFM but it was axed in August this year.
Another home he owns is a three-bedroom Victorian terrace in St Kilda he bought for $2.112m in November 2014.
It’s understood he listed the property for sale at one stage before it came off the market.
Carrie Bickmore
The Carrie & Tommy co-host on the Hit Network show sold the Byron Bay home in 2023 for $4.3m that she bought with her ex-husband, Chris Walker.
