Fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith has sold her Palm Springs-style pad in Brighton East for about $7.8m.
The co-founder of the fitness app Kic, Kic Podcast co-host and model bought the four-bedroom house for $7m, in 2022.
Smith has shared several photographs of herself, husband Josh Miller and their young son Harvey at the home with her 1.4 million Instagram followers.

The mid-century-inspired residence, featuring a pool, spa, outdoor barbecue terrace, 240-bottle wine cellar, steam room, three-car garage with a detailing station and a cycling simulator, was listed with a $7.35m-$7.65m asking range.
Whitefox sales director Lana Samuels and senior adviser Michael Derham managed the sales campaign.
Mr Derham declined to comment on the abode’s sold price but industry sources said indicated it fetched a sum in the vicinity of $7.8m.
It took just three weeks for the house, created by architect and design studios Pleysier Perkins and InForm Design, to sell in an expressions of interest process.
Mr Derham said multiple buyers put forward offers for the residence.
“I think it was just because it was a turnkey product, it’s one of the best houses we’ve ever seen in the Brighton East space,” he said.
The kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances, natural stone benchtops, a curved island bench and a butler’s pantry with a second dishwasher.
One bedroom has a laundry chute, while there’s also a 13.4kW solar system, automated irrigation in the garden and smart home automation technology.
In November, Smith and Mr Miller announced they were expecting a second child.
Morrell and Koren buyer’s advocate to Melbourne’s top end, Matthew Cleverdon, said although it was almost the end of 2024, Brighton East still offered some “good buying opportunities” across all price points.
“There should be an increase in better stock in the first quarter of next year,” Mr Cleverdon said.
Mr Miller’s family recently put their 100ha property — located three hours north of Melbourne with its own pristine golf course — on the market with an $8m-$8.8m asking range.
Featuring a seven-bedroom house, 22m-long pool, spa, tennis court, built-in trampoline and cinema, 185 Morgans Mill Rd, Bearii, served as the location for Smith and Mr Miller’s wedding.
Forbes Global Properties Australia’s Nathan Verwoert has the listing.
