There’s a new Ray White leader in town and he aims to revitalise an existing agency on the northern Gold Coast.
Andrew McCulloch has become the new owner of Ray White Shore Group on the Gold Coast, with offices in Sovereign Island, Paradise Point, Runaway Bay, Arundel and Pacific Pines.
The group was formally owned by Ali Mian and known as Ray White Mian Group.
With a 20 year career spanning across Australia and New Zealand, Mr McCulloch has a wealth of experience, having previously led growth teams and owned his own real estate franchise.
He was a former CEO for Ray White in New South Wales and had most recently been the group’s national head of growth, spearheading recruitment across Australia.
“I’m thrilled to become the leader of the Ray White Shore Group, the opportunity to lead such a dynamic business is incredibly exciting,” he said.
“I’m 100 per cent focused on creating a culture that reflects innovation and community connection while delivering the very best results for our clients.”

Already five weeks into his new role, Mr McCulloch said the northern Gold Coast had plenty of potential.
“You just have to go for a drive and see all the construction that is happening here,” he said.
“From Paradise Point down to Southport, there’s just so many older properties there and the demographic is really changing.
“The older generation is now selling and a new generation is coming and rebuilding properties.
Mr McCulloch’s leadership will aim to revitalise the existing businesses by fostering a culture of collaboration and strong local ties.
“I’ve always believed in giving back to the community, and one of my goals is to create opportunities that support local sports teams, charities, and other community initiatives,” he said.
Mr McCulloch said he was confident the Ray White Shore Group would remain at the forefront of the local property market.
“The offices are in prime locations across the Gold Coast, and we’re ready to take them to the next level.
“It’s an exciting time for the business, and I’m proud to be leading it.”
